Ventilation Systems (Fresh Air & Exhaust)
Ventilation is the process of changing or replacing of air in any space to remove moisture, odors, smoke, heat, dust and airborne bacteria. Ventilation includes both the exchange of air to the outside as well as circulation of air within the building. It is one of the most important factors for maintaining acceptable indoor air quality in buildings. Our Ventilation Systems are used to remove unpleasant smells and excessive moisture, introduce outside air, and to keep interior building air circulating, to prevent stagnation of the interior air.
Dust Collection Systems (Cyclones & Bag Filters)
We design various pulse jet bag filters that are extensively used for different industrial applications. Their superior designing and construction makes them efficiently perform the task of dust collection. Our Bag Filters operates continuously without requiring the process to be shut down for cleaning. It is an automatic on line self cleaning while removing dry dust from an air stream.
It is a versatile unit that can handle almost any type of dust. Bag Filters along with Cyclone Separators are used for effective removal of dust particulates in critical applications..The centripetal action created by the Cyclone Separator will attract the dust particles to settle down about 65 to 70% and the balance dust will be collected by the pulse jet bag filter. Suction will be drawn with the help of centrifugal fan and dust-laden air will be filtered through pulse jet bag house kept in the suction side of centrifugal fan. Our pulse jet bag houses are rigidly constructed with heavy gage sheets and cleaning of the bags will be carried out by the pulse jet of high pressure compressed air through specially designed injectors. This gives more effective release of dust particles, because of effective cleaning operation. Screw conveyors and Rotary Air Locks are used for dust discharge from the Bag Filters.
