We design, manufacture and install FRP, PP/FRP, PVC/FRP stacks in much the same way as steel stacks. The advantages our stacks are corrosion resistance, lightweight - leading to lower installation costs, and ease of maintenance among the primary benefits. We have supplied and erected several Stacks to many public and private sectors. We design self-supporting or laterally supported Stacks. The most common options for lateral support would include guying with wires, or bolting to adjacent structural steel. In addition, we provide structural supports, ladders, platforms, sampling inspection and access ports and warning lights.
Linings to MS, SS & other surfaces
We undertake FRP and other anti corrosive linings to any surface of any shape. We are specialized in FRP linings to Effluent Treatment Ponds. We have executed several FRP lining works on the interior of many steel tanks, large diameter pipes and ducts, concrete holding pits, trenches, sumps, and floors. FRP is tough and durable and suitable for industrial use. Linings with UV protection will be done on exterior surfaces also depending on the application. The high-grade resins that we use can withstand the impacts of most of the strong acids and high temperatures.
PVC Curtains
Our PVC Strip Curtains are an inexpensive solution for concerns such as dust, smoke, humidity and temperature control and restricts birds and flying insects.
